Shipment and return terms
Any product purchased from Garmin.am, the value of which exceeds 15,000 AMD including taxes, is delivered free of charge by postal mail. Order processing takes up to 3 business days. The buyer will receive the tracking number to the e-mail address specified during the purchase.
When delivering goods worth up to 15,000 AMD, a shipping fee of 1,000 AMD will be charged.
Return or exchange of goods
According to Article 2, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The return of the product is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
The refund is made within 3 (three) business days.
The goods are accepted back or exchanged for a similar product if:
․The specified product has not been used, its product range, consumer properties, seals, product labels, as well as the product or cash receipt given to the consumer with the sold product are preserved.
․The buyer applied for an exchange or return within 14 days,
․In case of payment for the product by card, the account statement of the card used was submitted with the return of the product. And the amount will be transferred back to the card from which the payment was made.
